After a long time not cooking except simple cooking like frying & cooked maggi mee,
at last yesterday i did some!fuhh..i dont know why lately i dont like to cook,not because of the smell..
cos its fine for me..since my early pregnancy,i dont have problems to smell certain cooking.
i think lately i don't like the taste of my own cooking..
like days before,i cooked nasi goreng but it turn me frustrated cos i dont like how it taste.
i didn't enjoy it at all.huhuhu~
but i love my hubby cooking otherwise! hehehe..
really enjoyed eating when he cooked Nasi Goreng for us during breakfast..
like always, he's way more better than me in cooking!hehehe
even his maggi mee also nicer than mine! *over :P
maybe baby inside me like his cooking rather than mine..oh nooo!!

oh. yesterday i can't go to the Spring shopping mall to see Greyson Chance autograph sessions there..
because, my mom decided to have sembahyang hajat for my 2 lil brothers whose having SPM next Monday..

my mom invited few of my lil bro's friend to perform the prayer together..
so my mom asked me to do some cooking..
so i cooked nasi lemak with boiled eggs and Ayam Goreng Gula Melaka
and Sausage with Button Mushroom bun-i used simple & the most easy way..... ;)
so here i think i wanna share the recipes...
sorry that i forgot to take pictures..
after finished eating i realised that i forgot to take them...huuhu
RESEPI AYAM GORENG GULA MELAKA
- Kira-kira 20 ketul ayam
- 3 biji bawang merah
- 4 ulas bawang putih
- 1.5 inci halia
- Sedikit garam
- Sos Tiram
- 5-6 sudu Gula Melaka
Caranya:
- Tumbuk atau blend Bawang merah, Bawang puting & Halia
- Ratakan garam secukup rasa pada ayam
- Gaulkan sekali Bawang merah, Bawang puting & Halia yang telah ditumbuk pada ayam.
- Masukkan Gula Melaka & Sos Tiram (jumlah mengikut citarasa..kalau letak lebih lagi sedapp!!)
- Gaulkan rata & masukkan sekejap ke dalam peti sejuk kira-kira 10-15 minit.. lepas tu dah boleh goreng dalam minyak panas!!!
- SELAMAT MENCUBA & HAPPY COOKING!! :)
tapi rasa tetap sedap & manis2.. yummyyyyy~!!!!
hasilnya pun macam ayam goreng madu, warna ayam sedikit gelap & berkilat..
RESEPI BUN SOSEJ SERTA CENDAWAN BUTANG
- 1 1/2 paket Sosej
- 1 tin Cendawan Butang
- 16 keping roti bantal
- Mentga atau Marjetrin
- Sos Cili Life & Mayonis
- Sedikit Garam
- Sedikit Lada Hitam
Caranya:
- Ratakan Mentega pada permukaan roti bantal
- Sosej & Cendawan butang dihiris halus
- Gaulkan Sosej & Cendawan dengan sedikit Garam, Lada hitam, Sos Cili & Mayonis secukupnya & mengikut citarasa anda...chewahhh!hehehe... Letak lebih sikit Sos Cili & Mayonis lagi sedappp!!
- Ratakan Gaulan yang terhasil di atas roti bantal..susun banyak mana nak letak sosej & mushroom ikut citarasa..
- Nak lagi SPECIAL,taburkan cheese sebagai topping..super duper yummy!
- Masukkan ke dalam oven sehingga roti sedikit keras serta sosej & mushroom masak.. tak lama, suhu 150 celsius dalam agak2 10-15 minit dah masak..
All my lil bros & hubby enjoy eating them!! and i am happy making it :)
cuma semalam tak letak cheese..kalau ada cheese mesti lagi meletopppp!!!! *over.
